Obtain Credit Reports!

As part of the credit evaluation and collection process, Ron Z. Opher - Your Collection Attorney is available to consult with you on specific accounts, before they are turned over for collection on a percentage fee. As part of this service, you may obtain credit reports on individuals upon your written certification that the report is being used in connection with a credit transaction initiated by an individual who is a prospective candidate for debt collection and that you are submitting the account to Ron Z. Opher - Your Collection Attorney for that purpose. We reserve the right to request additional documents from you or to deny requests which we deem are not in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

The cost of the initial service (including report) is $15. Further consulting fees, if applicable, are billed on an hourly basis at the rate of $195 per hour.

Do credit reporting!

As we say in our office, "WE DON'T JUST TALK, WE SUE." Sometimes, however, you may not wish to initiate suit, or we may simply advise you that we do not recommend suit, but you still want to "mark" your debtor's account in a permanent fashion. Ron Z. Opher - Your Collection Attorney will report your delinquent accounts to one or more of the three major credit bureaus for no additional charge beyond the percentage fee if the account is collected. All we need is your debtor's Social Security number. If you do not have that information, we still may be able to report, but you will incur a $15 investigative fee, in addition to the percentage fee due upon collection, if we are successful in obtaining the proper SS# based on name and address only.

When choosing credit reporting, you must understand and agree that items on credit reports are subject to dispute and possible removal and are not equivalent to the legal rights established by a court judgment. The court rights may be lost if not exercised within a certain amount of time (the "Statute of Limitations").

Customized Credit Applications and Customer Satisfaction Surveys are here!

Ron Z. Opher - Your Collection Attorney designs credit applications and customer satisfaction survey programs (and even does the mailing and tabulates responses, if you desire).

The customized credit application, which includes a telephone consultation with Ron, a draft application which is shared with you, and then a follow-up telephone consultation to finalize the format, costs $750. The customer satisfaction survey is available at a cost of $250. Further consultation or customization is available, at an additional fee.
