Ron’s article on “Structural Recession vs. Cyclical Recession” was published in the Winter 2010 NARCA Newsletter
Following up on last year’s successful presentation for the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA, www.narca.org) workshop in San Antonio, TX, Ron’s article, which makes the case for why the recession from which we are emerging is a “structural” one – meaning that many industries will dramatically change the way they do business going forward, as a result of lessons learned and landscapes changed following the subprime credit crisis and its aftermath.
An adaptation of the article for a more general audience can be found here.
